Landscapes
One of the more unique features of Villa Las Palmas is found alongside the beautiful canterra fountain in the courtyard–a brand-new six-hole putting green, recently designed and installed by Celebrity Greens of Scottsdale, Arizona. The lush landscapes include a variety of plants, such as palms, cacti, agave, bougainvillea, oleander and ornamental grasses.
Pool Area
Villa Las Palmas has one of the finest pool areas of any luxury vacation rental in Cabo San Lucas. It is a favorite of many of our guests, featuring unparalleled views of downtown Cabo and the marina area. The pool area includes three separate pools: a large heated infinity pool with swim-up pool bar, a fabulous Jacuzzi and a separate kiddie pool. All three pools feature fiber optic lighting. Additionally, the pool area also has a private bathroom.
Living Room, Dining Room & Terrace
The open concept living room and dining area at Villa Las Palmas is at the heart of the property. The living room features a large overstuffed sectional sofa and flat screen television. Like all of our televisions, the living room features full satellite service in English. The adjacent dining room has a large table with seating for eight to ten. The adjoining outdoor terrace overlooks the pool area; it features a sitting area and dining table, with additional seating for eight.
Kitchen Facilities
The kitchen at Villa Las Palmas has been completely renovated! Our large kitchen features Viking Professional stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with additional seating for five. There is a separate beverage center adjacent to the kitchen, as well as a walk-in wine room, fully stocked with a wide selection of wines available for purchase.
Gym and Wellness Center
Our gym and wellness center is located underneath the pool area. Its large windows give visitors an inspiring panoramic view of the area. Our center includes a treadmill, elliptical, universal machine, yoga area and private bathroom with shower. Like the rest of our property, the gym and wellness center is fully air conditioned.
